I had to look hard to find it but here it is. Residence or Warehouse question,,,,it is a warehouse.
Highlights:
5,000 square foot retail store attached to our 60,000 square foot warehouse of inventory.
I found this here MASS Farm Bureau
So that everyone won't be saying it isn't a real business, it is just not run right evidently?
So they have a warehouse and it is not a home based business type store as I originally thought. I am not sure why they do business the way they do but I would not use them.
My apology to them for thinking it was a home based business from the way the complaints I have heard.

A friend just got her refund via PP from this "store" and I have read many complaints from horse owners about them.
I believe this person who owns the store does not have much "on hand" and does not let their customers know this.
This is one of the major complaints products not delivered, non answered emails, etc.
I can just guess that they sell items before they have them in stock as your post seems to suggest, which tells me they put an item on their site, get an order, then they order etc fine if it was a dropship situation but this doesn't seem to be that kind of business or it would say it comes from the manufacturer on the description.
I hold a business license and had a good home based business until the economy tanked and this person needs to go get some entrepreneur skills before selling online.
I am going to look to see if this is a residence or actual warehouse situation.
As to recommendation of this business I would suggest buyers go someplace else.
