Household Auto Now HSBC ripoff City Of Industry California
On my credit report, I always showed paid on time until I paid my account off. Once it was paid off, all these erroneous dates were placed on my credit report from HSBC who did not service my account it was under Household Auto at the time. I was told not to pay my Dec. 2005 payment rather overnight my payoff, which I did as instructed by Roberto in the work it out department now that the account is paid off this company is trying to destroy my credit.
I have attempted to call numerous times but NOONE will speak with me all saying my account is now closed. I have copies of old credit reports over the past (3) years showing paid on time yet they can just go back 6 years and put erroneous dates in to ruin my credit. Last Dec. I called in a payment and the rep was from India his name was Bean and I made the payment for 12/13 yet no payment was taken, so then I become 30 days late, that made my decision to refi my home and payoff this loan.
Once paid off they updated my credit report with multiple lates with no proof. I have all my bank statements and credit reports...I have filed complaints with ATTY General in CA and in AZ because it is difficult to remove inaccurate information from all (3) credit bureaus....shameful....I paid over $40,000 for a $25,000 vehicle now paid in full and they are now ruining my credit. Roberto will not return my calls....India says no bean here.....DISGRACEFUL if you are trying to re-establish credit...do not trust this company as they can ruin your credit after you pay your account off. I have all (3) of my credit reports for last (3) years showing always paid on time until I paid my account off....now I have to go back 6 years to show I paid this account within 30 days for 6 years....doesnt that seem like consumer fraud?????
