household bank, household credit services rip-off charged a late payment when payment was paid 25 days in advance didn't post my dec 2002 payment & charged me an over the line fee BALTIMORE Maryland
Starting with nov. 2002 for the first time charging me for a late fee after i paid a payment of 300.00 at the beginning of the month when the due date is on the 28 of 10 dollars. the second time i paid 450.00 dollars on the 3rd of the month I tried to use my card and they said I was over the limit, and charged me a fee.
I can't believe these people aren't investigated.

First of all i would to voice my own opinion here! i am a HouseHold Bank card member and have had no problems with this card. I find it Very stupid to see people complain about this card, i have a household bank GM card and went over my limit one time (which ill never do again) but they were understanding and wavied the fee, but i guess it all depends on who you get when you call! But Household bank is a good card to have and i just wanted to voice my own opinion about HB, oh and for the record Household bank does have a 800 number! 1800-477-6000
