Household Finance ripoff Kalamazoo Portage Michigan
First of all I was sick from 1-7-05 to 7-27-05. I had there disability in insurance if I was sick they would pay my bill, as they inform you when you take out the loan. I was also having my payments taken out of my saving, and also the insurance was paying so I was ahead alot, when I called HHF to find out how far ahead I was, I was told Dec, so I told them I wanted to gut out my kitchen and re-do it, So I started doing that , and I started getting call from HHF main office saying I was behind on my payment, They said I had a partial payment do in Oct and also Nov and Dec. And I spent all the money on remodeling my kitchen so I didnt have know money. I would not of remodel my kitchen if I knew I had payments do. So I had to hurry up and pay a payment because they had me in foreclosure already. So I payed $1066 on it, and that took me out of foreclose, then I was trying to refinance with another company , my bill was $87,555 with-in a week it went to $93'000 . So I could not refinaces , The insurance company has screwed up my account, because it took them along time to pay and I got alot of late charges , and I also found out on the other loan I have though them and I had the same insurance that they didn't even pay on that one, so I called the insurance company and some what straighten that out but they still own on both accounts. I called the main office and asked for a copy of my bill payments, and the ladie was talking and saying it looks like they got a payment oh thats voided , and it's looks like they got a payment there, oh thats voided, and she said that like 3 or 4 times, she to send me a copy out in the mail. They say their going to do one thing to help you but they lie, false promises, they recked my credit already now, I had good credit. I'm a single mom of a 7yr old and I live on my income, no child support or nothing, I work all the overtime I can get just to make ends meet. I've never had help from anyone. Then like I said I was trying to refinance with another company, and I can't because it's a big mess, and I've talked to so many people at HFC, I'm getting a big run around. I can talk better and show you papers then write it.

Also if you look at your bill the new balance is always the same, except when I was on their disability insurance, it went up . They also promise me a lower interest, all they do is lied, their one of the companys that make people homeless, the way their business is run, they should be investigate again by the United States goverment. I have been paing on this mortage for many many years. and it's never went down it goes up.
