Moved out of state, selling my house and I forced to trust others due to travel time. Buyer requested a Radon test, it failed (7.6 pCi/L) and surprise the tester can fix it for a fee of $2090.16. At this point I'm relying on my realtor about what this fix involves. He said they had to dig under the house and run pipes in the wall and out the roof. OK, I thinking digging under the house, cutting into drywall and replacing it could cost. I give the ok and the pictures show what was done.
