Houseofbrides.com WRONG DRESSES/Wrong color/Wrong size Little to no response back from customer service. Glen Ellyn Illinois
I orderd 4 dresses from House of Brides. The first order was 3 dresses to be shipped to my home and the 2nd order was 1 dress to be sent to my maid of honor in another state. The order came early about 8wks after the order.
First I was so excited but they were all 4 shipped to the Maid of honors address. Not such a big deal but when she opened the box. She found that They were the wrong color, wrong size and wrong style. I dont know how the order could have been more wrong.
SO far I have had to contact them several times to change the state on one of the orders since it wont let you do it on line. IT took weeks to get a response back. No one answeres the phone unless you put in the option as if you are going to make an order.
I am very scared that I will have to buy whatever I can find in the stores before the wedding for my bridesmaid dresses and we are out almost $500. Go to a real wedding store and pay the extra $50 per dress it worth not having the hassel.
BAD SERVICE yet they still seem to be a member of the BBB with 97 complaints.
