Things have gotten so bad around here since Rudy Montiel and Kinky Ken Simmons stole Millions of dollars and AFSCME *itch Sylviana Parker ripped the union off for almost a million that that drunk old b*stard Doug Guthrie took away Sanford Riggs HACLA car. Poor Sanford is now forced to ride his bicycle back and forth to work. It is really sad. Look at the picture I took of him.
