These Companies are terrible.

I had called the company before Christmas 2015 because of some of the hoverboards exploding.

The man I spoke with said that the boards that were exploding were the cheap ones and the 

boards we bought were way better, so no worries your boards are fine.

Fast forward recall and now they just want to offer as a refund of clothing credit.

The clothing they are offering is nothing my kids would want to wear nor would I want to 

see them wearing.

We deserve to get cash back for this bad transaction.

  The company still wont send labels to return our two hoveboards.

I complained to the CPSC 800-638-2772 twice.

I'm sorry for your experience.  I'm also a frustrated customer--see my report also filed on this website.

Hoverboard360 (aka Keenford Limited and ImotoHK) is participating in a USCPSC recall for dangerous hoverboards.  Nine other companies are also participating, and all 9 of these companies will either repair/replace your hoverboard or offer a full money refund of your purchase price.

However, Hoverboard360 offers only a store credit to purchase clothing.  The company should be required to offer the same remedies as the other 9 companies, namely repair/replacement or a full money refund.
