Hover Board 360 knows how to rip off consumers in other ways. Do not buy one of these as a gift, because when your loved one tries to return it after 30 days, Hover Board 360 will say no, even if the product is unused. That is what happened to us. A board obviously bought as a gift in December with an attempted return right after the holiday. They refused, despite the board never having been used. Their only excuse- beyond 30 days. You'd think a company selling such dangerous products might want to be a little flexible.
