What I find obvious about Howard Brandwein on the Public Record & Investigative Files, is that no matter who he has been employed by, worked as a Contractor for, or has done using Knock-Off Ideas & Names", in an attempt to sound enough like other legitimate businesses who live up to their claims, the identical ending results take place, over and over again. None of this is a coincidence.
Union Friendly, just like the big boys Fox, to CBS, TNT/TBS & Google, Union Friendly, & others small and large who for nearly 2 decades to the 1st days of TV or since the Net started in 1996, when selling advertising Space & Time, would never use words like "Guaranteed results", erroneous use of the words "Referring", when all any effective advertising does is capture the attention of, & motivate a viewer or reader to be "Directed" to call or go to an advertisere for services or products.
None of the above has ever been proven to have done these things according to retrievable records.
After 22 years of selling Print, Air, & Internet Time and Space, there are reasons why legitimate businesses survive downturns in the economy and good time, and none of it has to do with being deceptive, illegitimate, a fraud, or failing to deliver services as promised, I know that it's never necessary to mislead, deceive, or sucker a naive prospect, if what you want to build is a legitimate business with the philosophy of long-term business relationships with U.S. professionals and businesses.
On that note, I must remind all Professionals and Business Management and Owners, that when someone, anyone, "Guarantees" you business, you ought to know better than that. No One can or should make such a guarantee no matter the potential. Even advertisers who stopped advertising on the likes of CBS, TNT, or FOX*, who is Number One* in the TV industry in the amount of Viewer Share in the U.S. market, don't always do as well as others who do incredibly well with results of their ads on FOX or with the Networks. It's realistically no different with any Medium for any advertiser, Air, Net, or Print.
The old-school Game of having "Stand-by-Companies & Domain-Names" At-The-Ready as soon as his current Caper is forced to jump ship, knows when to close shop and flee. or is force to close down.is lame, tired, and leads nowhere most would want to be. There is no future in these things.
Deceptive Tactics that have repeatedly occurred with a # of businesses while Brandwein has been there as a Salesperson, Manager, or Owner, are habitual shortcut, quick-buck, illegitimate & untrustworthy methods, & is not what Union Friendly's absence of legitimate, verifiable records show, whether it be with the Better Business Bureau, AG's office at either level, or anywhere else.
Like most businesses that catch bad employees or Contractors lying, cheating or stealing, no business is immune from making the mistake of bringing someone in the door that commits such things.
Damage control for those who commit these things should never include false, unverifiable claims and statements about others, and should never include trying to continually cover-up malfeasance
(U kno who U R.), when in fact one should admit and simply not repeat themselves, and move forward by changing their M.O. to the exact opposite.
Just as those who almost always end up around Brandwein know, when you fradulaently use a Customers Credit Card for your own gain, it is always a CRIME, and there are always consequences. At the very least Job loss. At the most, just as JW's Co-Hort "JC" can attest to, serving time (recently) is a consequence for committing a crime, and it doesn't necessarily mean it won't happen again, including to one or more of the rest of you.
The person referred to above, was recently released from incarceration for crimes committed, needs to learn some honest and realistic techniques and mindset to get past & stop his habitual Trait of Fraud against prospective advertising clients, including those as well around him.
No amount of having records expunged can hide every and all things no matter how much time passes There's almost always a residual record to be found.
Scams don't last 18-20 Years. Most all scams are short lived as Brandwein keeps proving.
In 2011 (eleven), know that Brandwein has crossed the wrong type of Professionals by NOT Delivering as EACH PAID for, and rest assured, each and likely others as they come forward, will have the LAST LEGAL "LAUGH!"
We Guarantee" it.

I want to make it perfectly clear that United Work Force is in no way affiliated with or related to Union Friendly. United Work Force is a new business with the domain name being registered in December of 2007. The two names appear here together only because Howard Brandwein worked for both. Please take notice that this report #373746 is an attack on Howard Brandwein deceiving people and moving on to other businesses. It is NOT an attack on Union Friendly. The www.unionfriendly.com domain name was created in March of 2000 and has become a well established resource center that union members have come to know and depend on as an exceptional means of staying informed about various union issues effecting rank and file members and families. Union Members utilize unionfriendly.com to find up-to-date information on jobs, strikes, boycotts, political campaign information and more. They also utilize our resource center to locate various goods and services offered by Union Friendly providers. Over the years unionfriendly.com has earned the respect of rank and file union members through our deep and ongoing commitment to meeting their needs. Union Friendly is not and does not claim to be a referral site nor does Union Friendly claim to be affiliated with or have a relationship with any union halls. We do distribute discount cards and posters to union halls to make Union Friendly better known to the union members and allow them the opportunity to utilize our services. We are not use deceptive selling practices as these anonymous reports indicate. Our purpose is to service union members and provide them with a reliable resource for union news and information as well as provide a directory of businesses for services and products they may need. We sell advertising space on our website to businesses. As with any type of advertising whether it is the internet, newspaper yellow pages, etc., there are never any guarantees of business and we do not have control over the union members as to who they choose to do business with. We offer a cost effective way for businesses to market themselves and are creating the avenue for union members to find providers who will offer fair and concerned service to them. It is advertising. I find it interesting that on each of the posts the wording and subject are very similar. It is apparent to us that these reports are the work of a disgruntled employee. In the first report #373746 dated 10/04/2008, the Far Hills NJ author stated "We were running across reports on this site and ran across a post by someone that had been fleeced by a man named Howard Brandwein." Mr. Brandwein was apparently associated with some type of online gaming out of Arizona which had nothing to do with Union Friendly. I would like to add that while he was operating his new business he was creating the illusion that he was a loyal manager for the Union Friendly office in Arizona. We were not aware of his deception until he walked away from Union Friendly in April of 2008, after establishing a business of his own, the online gaming/web design. The report concludes "If you get a call from a company that wants you to sponsor/advertise on their Union referral site, stay away. It's nothing but a scam to bilk companies out of monies needed for legitimate advertising. Its immoral people like Howard Brandwein that try to stay under the radar and move from company to company to continue their misleading and unethical business tactics." Mr. Brandwein was affiliated with Jack Binen in the operation of United Work Force. When United Work Force was in the first month or two of its operation, Howard Brandwein had his name posted on their website as a director. It has since been removed. We do have a copy of the page on which it appeared. Mr. Binen also walked away from Union Friendly in April of 2008, after establishing a business of his own. www.unitedworkforce.org is a spin off business of Union Friendly. Out of curiosity, after seeing the response from Mr. Binen and the customer comment from Mr. Thomas Hanover, I viewed the United Work Force website and nowhere could I find Mr. Hanover's banners or ads. Call me skeptical but if a business does not have an advertisement posted, how do they double their investment of $4000.00 in two months? Oh well, just a thought.

I am a Financial Planner in the Los Angeles area. I was contacted a couple of months ago regarding advertising on the website unitedworkforce.org. Initially I was skeptical but thought for a standard listing 199.00 was nothing. I signed up in hopes of getting some solid union referrals. Within the first two weeks that my company's listing was on the site I had over 20 phone calls all from various union employees. Some where nurses, policemen as well as other local union employees. I was so impressed that I invested an additional 4000.00 for 4 county banners. Since doing so I have more than doubled my investment. I have been extremely satisfied with not only the amount of referrals but the quality of the overall customer service. It's the internet and I once came across a website called http://milliondollarhomepage.com/ where people were paying literally hundreds of dollars for not even an inch of advertising space with thousands of other competitors. Everyone is looking for new ways to generate revenue streams. What may work for one business might be difficult for another. I have been completely satisfied advertising with unitedworkforce.org
