I purchased a 42' T.V. from the Downers Grove Best Buy location this past May. All month I waited for the bill, but it never came in the mail. Concerned, I contacted the Best Buy Manager at this particular location to infrom them of HRS and their negligence to send my T.V. bill to my apartment. The manager assured me of it's arrival, and said not to worry. It is now October, and all I get are phone calls from their goons leaving messages that state,"It's in your best interest to call me, for your bill". I don't know about any of the other people getting cheated, but I don't have the time for this. I manage two seperate resturants, I don't have time to do their jobs for them.
