In Nevada, we are employees of the company, not independent contractors. They pay us on time, take taxes out as ordered by law, and we get our W-2 forms on time. If you are careful what you apply for and how you do your work, you can get great bonuses too.

I am another shopper who has worked with many companies including HS Brands for over 35 years. I have to completely disagree with your posting. When you sign up to work for a shopping company, it is incumbent upon YOU, the shopper, to READ THE DIRECTIONS. This company, although it compels shoppers to wait very long periods of time before getting paid for the work they have done, has always put very clearly in its instructions that pay will come at the end of the second full month after your shop is completed and approved. This means that if you do a shop on April 25 and submit it on the 26, it can take over a week for editors to look at and approve your shop, which would put it into May. The end of the second full month after May is July 31. Therefore, yes, you will be waiting 90 days and change for pay. There are some companies that pay more quickly; if you want money faster, I suggest you read the user agreements of other companies you are considering shopping for and NOT sign up with them unless the time spans for pay are acceptable to you.

This company has changed its name severaltimes. I also have recieved the information for the said job.
At first I fell for it, seemed to go to be true scenario. So even though I already knew it was a scam, due to my financial issues at the time, I tried the opportunity out. Within almost a week i recieved a $1,200 check, I proceeded to attempt to cash this check. Unfortunately I wasn't able to cash it. The bank manager comes down and tells me i can go to jail for trying to cash a fake check. Luckily I avoided persecution. My advice to everyone is when you open your e-mail pay attention to the details, not the company name. Be very cautious if you do try one of these said jobs.

We thank you for the job you did with us and always value our mystery shoppers. Can you please forward me your name and email address, so I can look up your account to see what went wrong?
Please contact me at [email protected] to discuss your situation further. I look forward to hearing from you.
