Hsbc Retail Services - Hsbc Bank I Took Out Store Credit From HSBC, They Sent My Statement Late And Tacked On Late Fees! Wood Dale Illinois
I took out a store credit loan through HSBC on 9/24/06, they sent my 1st statement 9-10 months late (like in late july '07, to mid august '07) and tacked on over 300 dollars worth of late fees.
I contacted this bank on 4-5 different occasions, and spoke to 2 different supervisors (in a 2 month period) and they claimed they made an error. They said all I had to do was send in my monthly payment and it would be fixed.
I did that, and however, the problem is still not corrected. I feel that they are giving me the runaround. I have good credit and I don't want it to be ruined over such an issue.
