My wife received an email from this company about free product only pay 4.95 shipping she did that tried the product for about three days made her sick she stopped using it thinking she would get an email to confirm she still wanted produc.t didn't realize they do not do that they just start charging you credit card for full price at 89.95 a month. believing she had 30 days to stop getting more product she finally found a txt message and posted stop. it was befor 30 days. the same day they charged my card 89.95 we are separated and it was a shock. I let her use the card for the shipping so I called them to get it resolved they just kept sending her emails with links to their product and said to put fake information and then it would show the terms of a 14 day trial period. I wanted a refund for a product that we didn't understand all the confusing ways to stop it. they won't budge I have turned them into better business burrow , contacted my credit card company am doing everything to dispute it. I found on the Internet a scam report with this business have done it to others. most company's send reminders or a conformation that you still want thier service or product. this company takes your shipping payment on whatever card u used for that and either keeps sending you product or keeps charging the credit card. they should send email to confirm that is the card you want to be charged and a conformation you still want their product after trial period has ended

This is uncalled for calling people names , Maybe that is why you have to run your business the way you do making fun of disabled people and calling them names as you site behind your computer screen . Not once did you mention your product or maybe how it worked or why it made her sick , you are just hoping people make  the same mistake so you can keep their money , because your product does not work , it solves nothing to act like nothing is ever your fault , I did run a real business that I had to deal with reall people and not just an online company sending emails back and forth , there is no excuse to call a consumer names and make fun of their mentall abilities , I had told you on the phone she had disabilitys . When we called your custermer surrport it was not supportive at all. You must be so despirte I would bet you never give any one refunds ! You are the one that  solicited her  threw email to begin with , She really felt like she was picked to give it a try to contact them to confirm it threw a txt message makes  it more confusing , I just think before you take anyone's money you should follow up to make sure that they are ok taking it , make sure they still want it would be the right way to confirm information between you and your customer . Without customers you would not have a business , I hadn't been part of the online campaign to monater online transactions I will be for it now , I deal daily with online companies yours is the only one that I have delt  with that has been so rude and really has no concern for your consumer I believe it is called greed , or a scam , you have a responsibility on your part to do more not just take people's money. I have contacted other recorses and your product since you refused to let her return it is now having test run on it threw her doctors lab ,

 Perhaps YOU and YOUR WIFE need better reading comprehension skills. We can ALL tell that your wife DID NOT READ!!! SO how many passes on HER assumptions are YOU going to give?? SHE ASSUMED and SHE ASSUMED A LOT!!! SHE did this ITHOUT READING what SHE was agreeing to. Everything was spelld out for her when SHE entered in the payment information. When SHE did that, there was a box that popped up with "I Agree" on it with a link to the terms and conditions of THAT offer. SHE did NOT READ what SHE was agreeing to. Of course there are complaints. Each and everyone of those complaints shares a VERY COMMON theme. THEY DID NOT READ!!!! No, those other people just like YOUR WIFE are "too busy" to take 5 mins and inform themselves of what they are getting into. Then when that other shoe drops, MAGICALLY that company becomes the bad guy or that company becomes a "scam" when the reality is that the consumer was TOO STUPID to READ!!!!!! either too stupid or too dumb. One of the two. A little bit of COMMON SENSE goes a long way in todays world. The very common sense YOUR WIFE needed to use. One would think that the idea of ONLY $5 to "JUST TRY" a product is silly and ANY ADULT with more then two brain cells to rub together would think that the offer ON ITS FACE is too good to be true. That adult WOULD read a bit further and that adult would see for themselves EXACTLY what that offer entails. It sounds to me that YOU are just making excuses FOR HER!!! Since YOU are seperated, YOU can claim that the card was used for THIS offer against YOUR wishes. The BBB has NO POWER!!!! Your bank is going to side with the company BECAUSE SHE SIGNED A CONTRACT!!!!Your credit card company MAY help you but YOU will only get one pass. YOU have to admit that SHE screwed YOU with the FACT that SHE couldnt be bothered to READ!!! Accept that THIS is on HER and NOT the company that has ONLY done what SHE AGREED TO!!!! The company like YOU is a victim in this matter. All because SHE couldnt take a few mins of her time AND UNDERSTAND what SHE WAS GETTING you INTO. stop DEFENDING her!!!! she NEEDS TO ADMIT THAT she WAS too lazy OR too dumb TO EVEN COMPREHEND WHAT she WAS DOING.
