Bought long distance airline ticket from Nageesha.com. When I went to board, ticket was not even confirmed. Had to pay fo new tickets at exorbitant rates through same travel agent. He promised to refund this second charge but has not done. He has since changed the name of his travel agency to http://www.phoenixtravel.ch/index.php.
