Signed up with this company end of August 2009.  All was well until January 2010.  All of a sudden two months in a row I have used my 200mg for their Fair Access Policy, which is asolutely ridiculous.  It happened again tonight, cost me an additional $5.00 to be able to use MY computer.  This is in addition to my monthly payment.  Seems strange that the last 2 months I have used my allotted time.  Never happened before January.  Today we were not at home and there was no one using the computer, so must be the ghosts that used up my 200mg.  I intend to go to the Better Business Bureau, and the Attorney Generals Office of the state of West Virginia.  I am fed up with this garbage, tech support people are in India, very hard to understand, and very nasty as well.
