Hughes Net Satellite HUGHES NET SATELLITE SERVICE NEED TO BE RAN OUT OF TOWN ON A RAIL MS
This company is ridiculous. I have been a customer since 8/11. They have been highjacking my bill since inception. To start with if you go to customercare and make a payment without logging into your account and make the payment online. They system ask you if you are making a one time payment only. Even though you check the appropriate area of yes, this is only a one time payment. They system will capture your banking information and without your consent make a payment the next month automatically. This has cause me all kinds of banking related NSF charges due to the fact that they should not have had my account information and were not authorized to make a payment. I was suppose to be set up on hard-copy direct mail billing, but when they make an unauthorized automatic payment they take your account off direct bill invoice billing and put you on automated billing. This has happened to me serveral times and they always say they are sorry, and for the inconvenience they will waive the $5.00 fee for invoice billing for 3 months.
Well this has happened to me so much that I just refuse to remain their customer as of this date. There should be some type of recourse a customer has against predators such as HuhgesNet.
Just a beware notice to all who unfortunately has to use this service.
