Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
He says he has a miracle car wash solution that does not need drying and uses environment friendly chemicals and his deal is that he will generate sales and all we have to do is service those customers by delivering product to them as required.

This Fella - I am sure has scammed other people by running add's every day in the newspapers (Toronto Star - Partnerships section), asking for employees/partners, offering them salaries for this partnership and wanting you to put in money. Every day he puts in slightly different numbers in his add's !.

He takes your the money and doesn't do anything from there onwards. His deal was money back if not satisfied - and does not keep this deal.

He says - don't bother suing him as You won't win - well - I sued him and the Judge easily saw through his lies and BS - and In fact told him so in court also. When asked to produce a statement of accounts - he had nothing to show.

He includes his wife in these dealings by saying she owns - Chemex Inc - who he says supplies the product to him. This is apparently a legal violation of Canadian law also.

As you will see from the website of his, the website is now trying to sell a Air cleaning device even though it is related to car cleaning by name ! At one point in time it was about some problem he was having with an automotive repair shop ! This was the website address he is giving out to his (and My) Potential customers !

This guy told the court - during interview that his wife owns everything - so I am having problems with collecting the judgement as he has no assets. His wife owns the car he drives, pay for his cell bills, his advertising etc,. He has a pension income which cannot be touched and he boldly states that !

He leases a building in Niagara Falls, apparently - he says it's rent is in arrears !

I am looking to find others who may have got taken by this guy - for a criminal case maybe ?

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Wed, October 26, 2011

During the early part of 2007 Rohan and his son went into a car wash in St. Catharines to have their vehicle washed.  They were very impressed with the Auto Foamer and wanted to know more about it.  The owner of the car wash called me and asked me to come to the car wash.  Rohan was interested in becomming a distributor for the Auto Foamer in the Mississauga area,  He claimed his son worked as an Auto Detailer for the past 5 years and could help him out in the business.  Rohan apparently was very unhappy with his employment and the people he worked with.  That became very evident the day I meet him in his office to pick up the signed copy of an agreement.  ( I left an agreement with him while he was at the car wash.)   No one in the office spoke to him!  Even the girl he asked to make a copy of the contract never said boo.  However when I examined the agreement it was in his sons name.  I questioned Rohan as to why the agreement was in hi sons   name.  He explained that he didn't want his boss to find out that he was looking to get into a business

Approximately 2 to 3 weeks later I delivered the shipment of Auto-Foamer's and cleaning products to Rohan's home and met with his son who said his name was Dillon. He signed for the shipment and put it in his dads garage.  I told Dillon that I had 2 Detail shops that were interested in seeing the product, and suggested that he come with me to see these customers.    I took orders for 2 Auto Foamer's and a number of cleaning products that day and asked Dillon to have his Dad deliver them to the buyers.  I placed a follow-up call to Rohan's office a couple of days  later and was told by the reception that Rohan was out of town and didn't know when he would be back.  I then called Dillon who told me he couldn't deliver the products because he didn't have a car.  I called Rohan numerous times during the following month or so and he was always out of town.

A couple of monthe later I got a call from Rohan claiming he got involved in a Real Estate deal and needed his money back  When I declined he went to small claims court.  In small claims court Rohan claimed I signed an agreement with an under aged person claiming his son was only 18 so the Judge awarded Rohan the win.

I have since checked Dillon's age and found that he was 20 years of age when he signed the agreement, not 18 as Rohan claimed in court.  As to Rohan's other claims there is simply nothing factual in these statements.
