During the early part of 2007 Rohan and his son went into a car wash in St. Catharines to have their vehicle washed. They were very impressed with the Auto Foamer and wanted to know more about it. The owner of the car wash called me and asked me to come to the car wash. Rohan was interested in becomming a distributor for the Auto Foamer in the Mississauga area, He claimed his son worked as an Auto Detailer for the past 5 years and could help him out in the business. Rohan apparently was very unhappy with his employment and the people he worked with. That became very evident the day I meet him in his office to pick up the signed copy of an agreement. ( I left an agreement with him while he was at the car wash.) No one in the office spoke to him! Even the girl he asked to make a copy of the contract never said boo. However when I examined the agreement it was in his sons name. I questioned Rohan as to why the agreement was in hi sons name. He explained that he didn't want his boss to find out that he was looking to get into a business
Approximately 2 to 3 weeks later I delivered the shipment of Auto-Foamer's and cleaning products to Rohan's home and met with his son who said his name was Dillon. He signed for the shipment and put it in his dads garage. I told Dillon that I had 2 Detail shops that were interested in seeing the product, and suggested that he come with me to see these customers. I took orders for 2 Auto Foamer's and a number of cleaning products that day and asked Dillon to have his Dad deliver them to the buyers. I placed a follow-up call to Rohan's office a couple of days later and was told by the reception that Rohan was out of town and didn't know when he would be back. I then called Dillon who told me he couldn't deliver the products because he didn't have a car. I called Rohan numerous times during the following month or so and he was always out of town.
A couple of monthe later I got a call from Rohan claiming he got involved in a Real Estate deal and needed his money back When I declined he went to small claims court. In small claims court Rohan claimed I signed an agreement with an under aged person claiming his son was only 18 so the Judge awarded Rohan the win.
I have since checked Dillon's age and found that he was 20 years of age when he signed the agreement, not 18 as Rohan claimed in court. As to Rohan's other claims there is simply nothing factual in these statements.
