BEWARE of Bernard  (Bernie) Lynch and Christina Ching Yin Lynch of Niagara Falls, Ontario Canada who had scammed many individuals out of tens and thousands of dollars in investment capital.  Both are con-artists! Bernard Lynch expresses himself as a "know-it-all" person and once convinces you of his "great product", gets your money and does nothing leaving you stranded.

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Sat, December 24, 2011

First of all my wife is not an officer or a shareholder in Hydro Shine Inc.  I am not an officer or a shareholder in Hydro Shine Inc.  However being a design engineer for most of my life I have spent numerous hours designing and developing new products including the latest procedures to defeat the bed bug epidemic.  Before Stanley Lim makes these outlandish claims perhaps he should learn the facts. Go to the more than 100 sites on the internet that outline killing bed bugs with heat.  Go to the sites that spell out the results of killing bed bugs with alcohol.   Lim  continously makes statements with absolutely no facts to back them up

Although Lim viciously attacks my wife in his reports, my wife has barely spoken to him.  When she signed his agreement, with U-Pac products inc. she was on the way out the door to the Hospital in Hamilton and spent the next month there.  The next time she spoke to him was when Lim turned his shares over to her.  They may have spoken a total of 20 words.  (My wife accepted 50 shares in U-Pac Products Inc, before she found out that this man was a gas station attendant, not the Attorney and Chemist he claimed to be.

During my initial discussion with Katharine Yap and Stanley Lim who agreed to take over a company that was in operation until 2001 but ceased operation due to the health of my chemist and business partner.  Although I ran numerous ads to find a replacement it remained dormant until Lim and Yap purchased 50% of the assets and agreed to manage the business.  Three months later Lim put the business up for sale citing an illness in the family and his desire to return to singapore.  A short time later a gentleman came in to look at the business and recognized Lim as a gas station attendant in Toronto and not the person he claimed to be.  Feeling rather embarrassed Lim resigned and agreed to turn his assets over to my wife Christine if I would agree not to take any legal action against them.

Lim later decided to forego our agreement an make these ludicrus claims that simply didn't happen.  (1) He sued my wife Christine who he had barely spoken to for $14,608.12 claiming that any monies he spent was a loan from her?  (2) He claimed that the $25,000.00 investment in the business should have gone into his company account?  (3) He falsified bank documents claiming he was the 51% shareholder of the company?  (4)  He claimed that I forced him into paying the rent or I wouldn't let him leave the building?  (5) He claimed the rent was never discussed?  (6)  He claimed that the rent was free? (7) He claimed that I was going to pay the expenses including the rent? (7) He claimed the rent was payable when the business was viable?   These were all statements made by Lim in different documents that he presented

When I filed a lawsuit against Katharine Yap for her half of the rent, Lim replied with the statement pictured below.  Lim and Yap attempted to have the case thrown out but the court rejected their wishes.  It is now my intention to amend the claim on behalf of Hydro-Shine Inc. to cover all the rent that's due as well as assisting in future claims that are now being initiated by other parties.
