You are offered a free sample with the option to continue the product with automatic deduction from your account or to cancel and keep the sample. The trouble begins when you cancel and they tell you that you never did and your credit card is deducted. And customer service is more of a rah rah session for their company instead of helping customers. The whole of the conversation was worse then political double talk.

The website describes how to cancel via email, phone, fax, or website. Cancellation confirmation e-mails are automatically sent upon canceling an order or the account as a whole. The cancellation confirmation e-mails are sent to the customer's e-mail address that was provided by the customer when submitting the original order. If the customer has more than one product, the customer must cancel all the products, along with the free enrollment for each. If a customer is not satisfied with the representative's response to his or her call, he/she may ask to be transferred to the supervisor to better assist the customer's needs.
