I & I Sports Supply Co., Inc. Ripoff, item arrived damaged- No Response to emails! Carson California
I won a Japanese Short Staff book for my son from them on eBay, on 12/29/03. I paid for it right after auction end. It came 16 days later, and brown paper wrap was torn at top and bottom of spine, as well as bottom right corner was bent.
Wrote 3 emails, no reply after 3 weeks to any. Left negative feedback, within one hour of that, they turned around and left it for me.
Got in touch with eBay, and they said it wouldn't be removed, but by court order. They did this to others, I found. Got them to send me their story, then put it all together and mailed to eBay- no reply (Certified, Return Receipt Request- have papers).
It's the only stain on my record, and I didn't deserve it. Retaliation for negative feedback by returning it, only causes mistrust.
The next time I posted neutral for a buyer, when she deserved negative. Honesty is supposed to be important, but if anyone can post it for you after you leave it, then you don't leave it again and risk another hit.
