I ordered a pink powder coated yeti 30 oz tumbler confirmation for my order # 1286

39.99 plus 3.99 shipping was taking from my account and I email this company 3 times and still no refund or cup.. This was a Gift to me. I can't believe they were on face book and seem to be a good company. I want my cup or my money back. Cheri
