I was a loyal customer but not anymore. The owner and one of the employees treated me like crap. They do not care about their customers anymore. They sold me a cheap part and then blamed me for having a problem with their part. I was very pleasant over the phone in trying to resolve this and then the OWNER of iClinic hung up on me and says he does not have time to deal with an unresolved credit/refund.
There is a pretty good chance you wil not have a good experience with iClinic and I highly recommend doing business elsewhere. You will wast a lot of your time (at least 5 hours for me) if you have any issues with your purchases.
