I enrolled in Internet Cash Machines at home based business on 5/15/2010.  The company stated you had 3 days to investigate business and determine if it was for you without any further obligation.  I immediately started my investigation after enrolling. After I read the additional charges that would be required, I decided to cancel immediately.  The site then stated it would reduce the charges if I reconsidered and chose to stay with my registration, but I refused and cancelled.

After the 3 day period, my credit card was charged and a gentleman from the company called to discuss if I had any questions about the business. I told him I had cancelled my registration and he stated that he would verify I was cancelled.

A month later, I get another charges on my credit card from ICM websites. I contacted customer service and informed them of the error.  At first they said they didn't have me in their system at all and then they said they found my registration, but it was cancelled. I stated it should have been cancelled on 5/15 when I did it online and then it should have been cancelled again when the gentlemen called 3 days later.

Customer service said they would cancel it and I said when would I see my credit to my card.  They said I would not be receiving a credit since I did not cancel until today, 6/25.  I explained no that I had cancelled on 5/15 and again on 5/19, but he continually said that I did not cancel, their system showed I accepted the reduce charge.  I asked if that was so and restated that it wasn't, but then why didn't the gentleman who called me cancel it.  They said they have no records of ever calling me.  I said I am still expecting a refund and he just kept saying over and over I would not receive a refund.  When I continued to press and say I wanted to talk to his supervisor, he hung up on me.

1.     Client reaches Internet Cash Machine offer site through different         
        internet advertisements.



2.     Client is directed to a sales landing page to enter preliminary     
        information, in which there is a link at the bottom of the page to
        the Terms and Conditions of the signing up for the program.            



3.     Then the customer must provide their credit card information on the
        secured payment page and must agree to the terms and conditions, that are     
        conspicuously displayed no more than 80 pixels from the order submission button.??



Regardless, if this customer is not satisfied with the product, the charges or the customer service, Internet Cash Machine, as a customer service gesture will assure that this customers account is terminated and no further charges will be conducted on their account by our office.
