I also saw the $2.97 fee for a sample info packet or some-such thing and never saw the $149.95 that came after. When I saw the charge on my account, I called my bank and they retrieved my money within a day.

However, I now see that the same $149.95 has been reversed and now I am going to have to try to get my money back some other way. This so-called company is very slick and tricky in its advertising. I immediately clicked-out of their site when I saw how much information they were asking for. They actually wanted my SSN and other sensitive information!

After I clicked off of their info gathering page I thought the whole process would be cancelled. Wow was I wrong! A few days later I got hit with that big charge I never saw coming and nearly hit the roof.

First thing tomorrow I will call that number and ask for "jennifer." If I do not get my money back, my next course of action will be to call the state attorney's office and see what my options are. I hope this will not be necessary and ICM will do the right thing. We will see tomorrow. I will follow up on this report.

I would like to update and say that I have been refunded in total. I would also like to thank the people at ICM for being prompt and professional in the refund process. All fees and charges have been returned to me, Thank you very much ICM.

I called the number provided and was told I was too long outside of the trial period for a refund. I am disappointed that this has become such a hassle. Now I will have to take time out of an already busy schedule to make calls to attorney's and/or prosecutors to see if I have some legal recourse in this matter.

I hope this company understands that I never wanted to do anything along these lines...I just wanted my money back.There is no telling how much a private lawyer will charge for this mess.

If anybody out there actually reads this my advice is to read the EULA very carefully! They count on peolple NOT reading it so they can get that $149.95! Avoid this company at all costs!
