ICM policy is misleading. I ordered information by mail which I never received. I did miss that I would be chared nearly $150.00 after they 3 day trial. I canceled after 7 days and received the email confirmation of the cancelation. I did believe I would get a full refund, but didn't. I called and they said my account was canceled but that did not entitle me to a refund. I said but you site did not say that the money was non refundable. They said they don't have to say that. So of course I'm not expecting to lose $150.00 AND NOT GET THE MATERIALS PROMISED BY MAIL. I think they expect people to miss this charge and therefore bait you with the promise of materials by mail that you are waiting for. In turn I missed the cancelation deadline. I just don't agree that my trial should start before I receive anything by mail. It is the primary thing I am agreeing to not the $149.99 charge. I was told that I will not receive a full refund which I do believe is a scam. I was called on the forth day after signing up by email to buy additional product for at least $1,000.
My point, it should be clearly stated that the $149.99 charge is NON REFUNDABLE after three days of signing up. Most people would probably not sign up if they knew this.
I should receive a full refund.

This customer signed up for the program on May 25, 2010. This customer did not contact our office in regards to canceling the account until 7-1-10.
Based on the fact that the account
was not canceled until almost 2 months after the account was established, the
is no valid cause to provide a refund. Part of the terms and conditions of the
program was that a charge of $149.95 would be charged if the account was not
canceled before the end of the 3rd business day after the account was
established.
