My daughter replied to an ad for a home based computer business and agreed to an initial charge of $2.97 on my credit card with the understanding that she would be sent and information kit on how to set up the business. Well, 8 days later my account was charged $139.95 so when I noticed this on the 20th of May I called ICM Websites to request a refund considering that we had never received any kit in the mail. I was told that they would not issue me a refund but that they would resend the kit to me. I informed them that I did not want a kit I wanted my money back. They responded by saying that I did not cancel within the 3 day trial period so they would not give me my money back. I ask them how I could have went past my 3 day trial without receiving the merchandise.

I tried contacting ICM Websites again in June still to no avail. While on the internet investigating this "so called Company", I found this website which was full of complaints but I also found a name, Jennifer at ext. 144 who could possibly help me. Well, I called the number given and left a message on Jennifers voicemail but no one ever called me back. Imagine that!!

Just today, July 16th, my credit card company and I were on a 3 way call with ICM Websites and he was saying that there is not a kit just a brochure. Once again they stated that there would be "no refund given". WHAT A TOTAL RIPOFF!!
