Ideal Management - Mike Kelly - Shelly Kelly Ideal Management - Refuses to make repairs, lies, then tries to evict you. Pueblo Colorado
Hello,
I formerly rented from Ideal Management (Mike and Shelly Kelly). They were very friendly and responsive up until I asked for some rather serious repairs. For quite a while they kept stalling for one reason or another, then finally decided to try and evict us instead.
They lied to me numerous times about the status of repairs. They blamed the owner saying they couldn't reach her. They said I wasn't home when they came to do repairs, etc etc. Fun thing is, I have surveillance equipment and I know for a fact when people do and don't visit.
Now I know this just sounds like a pissed off renter, but I have been in contact with at least one other person who owns a house and has Ideal Management lease it. This person has had numerous problems with Idea not telling them about serious problems, thus resulting in hazardous situations and lost profit.
We tried to be reasonable with these people, however that doesn't seem to be possible. I am sure they have made many people miserable in this town.
So, be sure to check up on the rental company you lease with!
