iFreedom direct Corporation sent them 57 pages of tax returns and credit infomation, the company would not return my files or tell me why they either accept or deny the application, tried to talk to subvisor 3 time, would not return my calls. Salt Lake City utah
sent I freedom dirct 57 pages of cerdit and information including tax returns, never heard from them, when I called they never returned my call or either denied or accecpted my application, this company is a waste of time.

I recently closed on a house with IFreedom Direct the Loan officer was very professional and courteous. This person was also available and responsive to every phone call and email. This indivdual did not know the numbers, and seem to be relying on someone else to provide this information. We went back and forth on how much we will have to bring to the closing cost because this indivdual did not have a clear understanding of how to calculate this information. The numbers that were being given to me were way out the park, and it just didnt make sense so I would question it. This indivdual would then go back to whomever their resource was to try and figure it out. I had to have my realestaste lawyer contact them and work out the correct numbers. We had to push our closing date back twice, I was begining to get a little furstrated. I think IFreedom Direct need to do more streamlining, trainiging and educating their loan officers. It seems they are a fairly new company in this field.
