I ordered back in November 2005 over the phone with IGIA Up to this date (May 10, 2006), I have not received the vacuum cleaner, but was billed for it in December of 2005. I have called on several occasions and have not had an reasonable answer on the shipment of the vacuum cleaner. I was told that it would be shipped in December, December has come and gone, then in February and February has come and gone. The last time I called in April that it would be shipped to me the first week of May. I am requesting that you check the status of the vacuum cleaner and let me know ASAP as to what is going on with it. The do not answer your emails and the phone just keeps ringing and ringing and ringing!
