IGIA SLOW: Took 36 days to receive (instead of 7-10).
IGIA FRAUDULENT: Subcontract their phone sales and this company does not know when a product is on backorder.
IGIA INCOMPLETE: Item was incomplete - no beads.
IGIA MADE ME PAY THE COST OF SHIPPING TO RETURN THEIR MISTAKE!

IGIA Twist-a-Braid is the most wonderful product i have ever experinced it worked wonderful on my daughters hair. It twisted all of her hair within less than 1/2 hour. Igia prices are really reasonable and there customer services reps are really friendly! Plus for making this purchase with the company i receive free gifts every now and then. Thank you Igia for your kindness and your smart ideas for making such wonderful products!!!
