This company sells a bogus software package to mental health professionals. They sell the software offering great features, but most of the features are non functional. I have tried for over 2 years to get them to help me with the software, but they do not respond to emails or phone calls. I even sent them letters and their address is does not accept mail. Recently their phones were disconnected. The BBB cannot even reach them. Yet they continue to sell their software for 349.95 on the web.
Beware. Do not purchase this software and if you have any mental health professionals in your life don't let them throw away 349.95 like I did.

I have had no problem with the company. I had some minor problems with the software once. I emailed the customer service and they were right on top of it. They gave me instructions as to how to fix the problem and were very polite. They even checked up on me to see that I was satisfied. For the price, Pathways is an awesome software package for Mental Health professionals. I have been using it for 3 years.
