I had problems with the keyboard and mouse trying to get both to work on my computer. So I called life-works.com and they switch me to iHome and the first time I talked to them they help to get it to work. But I decided to change where I plug the usb receiver at and that is when I had to call them back because it would not work again. When I called them the second time that is when they said they had to have me talk to their supervisor and they put me on hold. Then they said the supervisor would call me back, which he never did. This is more on iHome because I got it from Buy.com and they sent me a RS so that I could return the keyboard and mouse back to them.
I think iHome truely did me wrong by only helping me one time to use something that they make. I will never buy anything that is made by iHome ever again.
