IIG sent me a flyer stating Congratulations our promotional department has selected me to receive an 8 day and 7 night cruise for 2 and round trip airfare for 2..All is required of us is to attend a 90 min. seminar at the Holiday inn express hotel.The seminar was held by TWA travel which promotes discounts on trips,cruises,vacations,hotels at wholesale pricing.We we're lead into believing what they had to give and purchased the required membership which total $2,594.00   

After the seminar we would collect our gift of the 8 day-7 night norwegian cruise..we we're handed a pamphlet that only awarded us a 3 day-2 night cruise to mexico and we had schedule it within thirty days.I informed the sale representive that wasn't what we we're offered.he had stated that I would have to inform the welcome center of the problem which they will be contacting us within a few days to welcome us and to give our membership number so we can log into the vaction site. I didn't receive a call until three days later from them which all they did was inform me that we should be getting our membership number and past code to log in and about the cruise issue they will inform their supervisior.Two days later I had to call them back which I complained about not receiving our membership number and the supervisior never called.they insured me that a supervisior would call and I should be getting our membership through an email soon.two more days past and I had to call them again which they gave me the same line that a supervisior would be calling me and the membership number should be coming soon.July 9th (11 days) later we receive our membership number.I tried to log in and couldn't get in so I tried to contact them just to get a message recorder. 

 Every day i've tried to get my voucher straighten out so we can plan our cruise I get the same run around with IIG blames TWA of needing to give us our cruise and TWA blames IIG.Both companies state that they will have a supervisior contact me.No one has contacted me..Secondly today my wife called the TWA conierge to book a Hotel reservation through them on a Vegas trip we wanted to plan.TWA connected her to Expedia to book a room and Expedia gave us the same discount as if we would've called.TWA didn't get us a discount.    I forgot to mention that TWA had us sign a contract and in the contract it states that we have 5 days to cancel!!    They didn't deliver our membership number until 11 days later to give us the understanding and reason to cancel.I'm cancelling tomorrow..I should have read about IIG before I attended their seminar.
