I did a site visit of this venue after having my origional venue cancelled for a vague reason. Sean and his wife Sanya who i booked with seemed very professional but it was all misleading. He told me he had an exclusive arrangement with a property with virtually no limitations. He called it Villa Contemporary but it also goes by the other names listed above, Santiago estate and Red Rock estate. I liked the idea so I went. I did my research this time and found out there are no permits to hold a wedding here. There is no beer or wine license. Its a fly by night. Sean from VIP venues in paradise events does a switch to there when people discover there is no special events permit and want a refund. Call the city of orange. You will see that there is no permit to have a wedding there.

100% correct, They have no permits to have events at a residential home. City of Orange is trying to shut this house down. Dont be a fool stay away.
