ILD Teleservices Didn't sign up don't need service got harassed by Customer Disservice Rep! Net WatchISP.com Internet
Found this report on the phone bill, for 14.95 +1.05 for a grand total of 16.00. I called AT&T to block this third party charge (Which they can't do until you get ripped off once, btw) . AT&T blocked the charges from returning, but NetWatch's Customer Disservice Rep tried to actually convince me I'd signed up for their "filtering" service! I've never done that in my life, and don't believe in filtering in any case.
She refused to listen, but insisted (rudely) that she be allowed to complete her spiel before listening to me. I replied that I would do no such thing, had no intention of keeping a service I never signed up for, and had already blocked it anyway. She then informed me I couldn't get a credit back then, since I'd blocked it.
