ILD Teleservices charges on my Sprint bill (81.37). When I called, the rep was very rude, said "ILAB Internet" was authorized by "___" (my husband). He says he NEVER agreed to ANY internet "Junk" from ANYONE!!

The rep said the charges would be cancelled as of today - then hung-up on me. Her name was elizabeth. I have to pay the full amount of Sprint bill or it shows an "unpaid balance". What if I don't get the credit due me?

I read your reports (111) about this SCAM company - can't believe they're still at it. How can a company like Sprint, transfer charges from a "known" fraudulant company (ILD)to customers like us - without any regard for the hell it puts us through???? This is not the first time it's happened.
