I purchased a sweatshirt from illustratees.com. It cost $26 because it was "on-sale" from $28, however, the shipping for one sweatshirt was almost $10. Although it shouldn't have taken very long for it to come from California to here, I received the product after about three weeks.
Once it arrived I wasn't sure what was in the package because it was labeled that it came from Newark Deleware. I opened the package and noticed how poorly printed the design was on the tee-shirt. I instantly looed it up and sure enough, the picture from the website looked way better than it did on the sweatshirt I received. Annoyed, I instantly wanted to return it so I checked my email and noticed that I never received confirmation from them or anything else regarding my purchase. I then went to their website to contact them. The contact tab under their website is empty and their address is simply listed as Van Nuys, California.
Upon further searching, I found a website called American Tee Shop that has exactly the same website, address, and products with a different logo and URL. Both appear to be a scam and there is no way for me to get my money back.
