Imaging Industry - Itwirks - Globalwide Entertainment - Shad Applegate - Nick Phillips ripoff broken unpaid contracts Beverly Hills California
I completed work for this company globalwide entertainment, owned by nick phillips and shad applegate. They told me that they would pay me the last invoice that I sent, but keep putting it off. Then they told me they have to renegotiate the deal. I gave them a date to figure it out by, and on that date they did not want to pay me, so they accused me of stealing from them.
They say that I did not complete the work that they asked me to do, however I made many attempts to get them on the phone to have them go over their websites with me to tell me what needed to be completed. They refused to do this, and said that they were too busy. I have seen them do this before, they have put off their clients who have paid them money for a website, and after they took the money, told the client that they wern't goign to do the site, and keep the money.
I have attempted to get their address to file a lawsuit, but they refuse to give me any address, and they have moved to Las Vegas. This company has started many partnerships with many companies and has left them empty handed.

this company is great i was paid on all projects i belive i was over paid on all my jobs with shad this danny is known for over billing and not doing his work i hope he does a better job while working at sex world cleaning the vidio booths

Danny not only did not complete the work he had been partially paid up front for but also broke several features of the software that he was supposed to add to. We had to hire another programmer who spent a month fixing all of his bad programming and errors.
As for what Moe said, I have nothing to do with that or have any idea who he is or what he's talking about.
And finally for what Chris Jones said, I also have no idea who this is and furthermore Sharp CMS was actually written from scratch, by us, in PHP. It has absolutely nothing to do with the SharpCMS.de website that is not written in PHP at all.
I'm not hiding from any mess anywhere. There was no mess left behind in LA or anywhere else. Feel free to contact me at any time. I have not ripped off anyone.

they are partnered with a company that sadly has been ripping people off from the start, they are partnered with lasvegas.net in their scams, as they have taken their CMS system ripped off from open source software claiming it to be theirs, as well as ripping off current and new customers, and now doing a research on Nick Philips and Shad they have came to vegas, to hide from their mess in LA. in which something they will do again when they are done with lasvegas.net in making money ripping more people off in the process.
