I broke my crown and the only services that I needed was to clean the old cement off of the crown and cement it back on. I told them that.
They took an x-ray of the tooth and charged me $109.00. The x-ray was not needed. A lady said tha tit was the law to take the X-ray. To me, it's just a way to charge me more. I paid the $109.00 and left. I bought some cement through Amazon and did it myself. I was told that I would know what the bill was going to be prior to the services and I wasn't. I was told after they had taken the x-ray. The total bill would have been $229.00 not including tax. What a rip off. I reported them to the Indiana Attorney General and this is their response:

Unfornunately, Immediadent did not honor any of our attempts to discuss your complaint. Without a response, we are unable to reach a resoulution; therefore, we must close your file. Based on the abouve, there are no further remedies that our office can pursue on your behalf. You may want to consider contacting the small claims court in your area or seek the advice of an attorney regarding any remedies that you can pursue as a private litigant. Thank you for taking time to inform us about your complaint. Your closed file will remain part of our permanent records.
