The owner of the company sent me an e-mail appologizing and stated that he was upset with his employee's behaviors and would take actions to insure this does not happen again. He seemed sincere in his appology and his efforts to find out what went wrong. Don't care for the prices, but I would buy from this guy if the prices went down. Seems to acknowledge mistakes and tries to correct them.
