 The impact telecom have been contacting me, offering free international calls to some countries like Philippines and Bristish Virgin Islands. While, before, and after signing up I asked many times if the international calls were truly free and an agent named Ces Reyes confirmed that the calls are free. On the second day, the agent contacted me to confirm that my account was active. The same agent said that she even confirmed it with her supervisor( that calling British Virgin Islands was free). Throughout the week, the same company with different agents contacted me, trying to get me to sign up and I've told them that I already have. Today on November 28, 2016 I attempted to make a call to my brother In British Virgin Island and the system said that my account was inactive. I went on the computer to open my account and discovered that I have been charged $344 with an additional charge of $142. I contacted the customer service and the agent claimed that none of the international calls were free and insisted that there is no way those calls were ever free. Ces Reyes, the agent who signed me up, provided me a number that is a direct line to her, and yet my numerous phone calls were disconnected.
