Imperial Benefits ripoff, never recieved my refund on money back guarantee Champlain New York
Returned the package as per the company for a refund. Was told there was a money back guarantee and my money would be returned to my account within 10 business days and they confirmed they had recieved the returned product on March 23 via express mail.
As of April 14 the money had not been refunded back to my account, so I again called and was told that they only returned money on Fridays and it would be in my account by midnight on the 16th. The money was not returned to my account so I once again called and spoke with a supervizer. The supervizer told me that if I did not see the money in my account the following Friday, April 23rd, to file an unauthorized withdrawal with my bank. I have not see the money and did file the report but unfortunately by this time 60 days had passed and the report was too late. I have been trying to call the company back, but now it seems they have changed their phone number.
The amount of the refund would be $279.00
