Returned purchased product within the 14 day policy. It has been over 30 days since product was returned. No refund issued. Have contacted company over phone and email with little to no communicaiton. DO NOT USE THEM for your car needs.

This clearly looks to be a false complaint by a competitor. They give very little detail and wont share their real name. If you are real then please post your real info on this site and we are more than willing to help you out. Also not sure why this complaint is showing as brand new when it was filed in August 2013 this makes the complaint look even more suspect.
