I called this company named ICS Imperial Consumer Services to change my debit date, and find out when I would receive my card in the mail. They responded by telling me it would take 4 to 6 weeks to receive it. So therefor I decided to cancel the debit all together. I checked my bank account today and found out that they debited my account anyways.

I called and spoke to a costomer represtative and asked them if and how it could be refunded back to my account. She said they had no way to do it. I explained to her that I had called a month ago and had cancelled the transaction. She said whom ever I spoke with should have told me that I would have to call my bank and cancel the transaction. I had called 4 times waiting for a response before i got ahold of this represtative. I had left 3 messages with the message operators. One of there names where Elanna. I left her the message stating that my account had be debited with out authorization and would like to speak to someone about correcting the problem. I still havn't from them. It has been 7 1/2 hours now.

They record the agreement statement you will make, and you get screwed if you try to cancel or make a statemnet cause they record it to protect themselves form us giving them what they diserve.
