Imperial Debt Settlement IDS Worked as a Manager for 8 days before they fired me for not cold calling their cheap a** title leads. Owner Mike lied to me saying that I would have 4 telemarketers working under me-never happened. Internet
Worked for imperial debt settlement aka IDS for 8 days before they fired me for not calling their cheap a** title leads. Owner Mike is a liar and told me I would have 4 telemarketers calling for me-never happened.
Also, they did not pay me the day they fired me claiming I was an independent contractor and they could wait two weeks. William the office manager is an idiot and tried to make me send in an invoice for my time there. Don't send in an invoice to this company or even work for them.
They require you to work a set schedule and take set breaks - this sounds like W-2 to me. Don't waste your time with this horrible company they will not pay you and over promise and under deliver. Oh, did I say the leads are free title leads they want you to call-give me a break!

Over Promise and Under Deliver. That has been the theme of this guy, he promised Mike the world and cannot even close one deal. We brought him on board because he said that he understood the system we used. He told us that he could be very successful. He did nothing the whole time that he was there, absolutely nothing. He did not train his team, he obviously admitted to not making any calls and he just sat there browsing the internet.
Many of our teams were using the same type of leads back then and had great success. Losers make excuses, Winners make it happen. Lacking the necessary skills to be a winner most likely led this person to actually posting on this site. I understand that it can be frustrating to slither from job to job, taking advantage of the hardworking, honest business owners in Southern California. When the owners discover your true nature and you're asked to leave letting your frustration out by disparaging those kind enough to give you a chance is a wonderful reward.
The day we asked him to part ways with us he was on his computer taking a Real Estate Agent Prep test. When he was questioned about it, he did not stop, he just kept on testing, signaling to me that the he had no respect for any workplace. We were astonished at the lack of caring by this individual and the audacity to just sit there and collect pay while he did no work. A hard working successful individual should be ashamed to take any money they did not earn. Obviously this person has no shame.
