DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MAN!

I was in a sitution were I was in a bind and needed to move quickly found this house and this SLumlord.

First off he refused to speak with me and would only communicate with my husband. Then I walk into the house and there is a white powder covering the floors and cabinets. I ask what that was and he stated Boric Acid for thee ants. I asked if he was going to have someone clean it and he said no. Your gonna clean anyway Why should I.

Then the guest bath was broken and horribly patched and I wouldnt bathe a dog in there. He said if I wanted it fixed I had to pay HALF! Speaking of dogs. When w moved in I told him we have a dog can we pay out the pet deposit. Yes no problem he said. 2 weeks later he was leaving a note on our door saying that Dogs were not allowed and she was a dangous breed.....She is a 15 year old border collie with no teeth. Very scary.... -_-

He calls everyday 3 to 4 times wanting to know wheen we are paying rent (due on the 1st) (today is th 26th) And if we dont answer he is filing charges. It gets better..... I went to cook in the stove. No oven racks... But I wasnt paying attention I turned on the stove heated it up to cook for my children. Opened the stove to 2inched of BORIC ACID. Now in my face in powder form. I was sick for 3 days. Not his problem he said....wheres my rent. this was on the 21st. I asked him why the toilets were having issues draning and again not my problem. If you want it fixed you can pay for half....

I am now filing charges for being a slum lord. If you come across this man.... RUN!

THIS INDIVIDUAL AND HER COMMON LAW HUSBAND LEASED A HOUSE FROM US.  SHE PAID THE FIRST MONTH'S RENT WITH AN  N.S.F. CHECK, AND EFFECTIVELY  NEVER PAID ANY RENT DURING THE ENTIRE TIME OF OCCUPANCY. SHE ADMITS HAVING BEEN " ON A BIND", IN HER DIM-WITTED COMPAINT, BUT SHE NEVER TOLD US THAT!

 PAYING THE FIRST MONTH'S RENT WITH A "HOT CHECK" IS CONSIDERED TO BE  THEFT OF RENTS, A FELONY.  THE CHECK WAS PRESENTED TO THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE.

THEY WERE EVICTED BY A COURT OF LAW.  THEY DID NOT EVEN ATTEND THE COURT HEARING, AND APPARENLTY HAVE MOVED OUT OF STATE TO AVOID PAYING THE JUDGMENT AGAINST THEM, ISSUED BY THE COURT.  THERE IS A WARRANT FOR HER AREST, FOR ISSUING A HOT CHECK......

THE LEASE THEY SIGNED CLEARLY SHOWS THAT THEY CANNOT BRING ANY PETS TO THE LEASED PREMISES WITHOUT THE OWNER'S CONSENT AND A PET DEPOSIT.  SHE LIES WHEN SHE STATES "SHE TOLD US SHE HAD A DOG"  SHE NEVER DISCLOSED THIS FACT AND BROUGTH A CONCELEAD PET INTO THE LEASED PREMISES.  OF COURSE, IF SHE DID NOT PAY THE RENT SHE DID NOT PLACED A PET DEPOSIT EITHER.

 

IN THE SHORT TIME THEY REMAINED IN OUR RENT HOUSE, UNTIL THE COURT THREW THEM OUT, THEY ONLY ATE PIZZAS, AND LEFT A MOUNTAIN OF EMPTY PIZZA BOXES FULL OF ROACHES, INSIDE THE HOUSE.

THEY ALSO CAUSED SEVERAL OTHER DAMAGES LIKE: SPREAD FECES IN ALL ROOMS; CLOGGED THE KITCHEN DRAIN; DAMAGED THE PAINT IN THE LIVING ROOM; NEVER MOWED THE GRASS, ETC.  THEY LEFT THE HOUSE IN A  HORRIBLE CONDITION ! THEY ARE VANDALS AND THE REAL "TENANTS FROM HELL".

 

OF COURSE SHE LIES REGARDING THE BATHROOM AND THE TOILETS LEAKING.  NO SUCH CONVERSATION EVER OCCURRED.  MUST HAVE BEEN A NIGHTMARE SHE HAD AFTER EATING ALL THAT PIZZA.......

 

........AND IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE,  THIS LYING DEADBEAT HAD THE GALL TO WRITE A COMPLAINT, AFTER SHE STOLE OUR RENT, BREACHED THE LEGAL CONTRACT AND DAMAGED THE LEASED PREMISES.  LIVE AND LAEARN!
