Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
As a former employee of IMS (International Merchant Services) I can tell you what I know. The salespeople are trained to tell their merchants that there will be no up front costs, no monthly minimums and no bank statement fees, etc, etc...However, within a month of signing up with IMS, these fees WILL be added to your account.

My advice is READ all the fine print in ANYTHING that you are signing up for. The fine print in IMS' contract, I beleive, says something to the effect that "IMS holds the rights to add or change fees at any time" or something like that.

The salespeople are taught to close the deal, at no matter what cost, and usually this means they will be lying to you. If it sounds to good to be true, and it's coming from IMS, then beleive me it is. I was a salesperson, and I left because of the way that merchants were treated, as well as the way some of my fellow employees were treated.

Not only do they treat their customers this way, but they also treat their employees like crap as well. Poor wages, and a CEO that is lucky he doesn't have a few sexual harrassment lawsuits against him, are just a few of the problems going on internally.

This business is a mess, and so is the man running it.

lie to customers to reel them in

This company is a complete all-out scam! they start by lying to their customers to reel them in. next, they check your pipes to see if any water is 'leaking,' which of course it always is. their workers are forced to recommend the company brand of pipes which is made of a thin nylon, supposedly lasting up to 20 years. try more like 3 months! i came home to a flooded basement and a near-electrical fire. this company scams you from every direction and they can't be trusted!

I used to work here and I loved working at this company. I was disappointed when my Husband and I had to move out of state and I could not work here anymore.  It was great to work at a place that has been around for so long and an owner who cared so much about employees. I used to work realy hard to make customers happy and so did everyone else I know. NOBODY is perfect in this world, but if I ever move back I would work here again.

Whoever posted the above report, used my name. Although i do agree with some of what was said, I would have put things a little bit differently. Please do not post anything with my name on it again. Trust me, I have a strong enuff voice and am not afraid to use it myself, this however, is not where i would choose to do it. -Cori Sutton
