Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
IMVUPAY is a seller used for a site on imvu. I used them trusting that i would be able to sell the credits that i earned from imvu and sell it with them. They basically resell the credits and send me cash for it. I trusted this company with previous transactions until August when i was suppose to be sent a payment. August turned into September and there was still no payment. I contacted them and was promised that my transaction would be processed in a timely manner and that they had situations that they needed to deal with.

After almost 3 months they finally decided to let us know that they were experiencing trouble with fraudulent activities and i was very upset being they decided to hide what was going on. Had i known about their situation i would have saved myself the time and sold with another company. I reported the site to IC3.gov and awaited a response from them.

From the time they experienced fraud to now this company has continued to buy and sell and has still managed to fail paying those they owe back. We informed them that they should discontinue buying and selling being they were in debt and owed others. They continued allowing more and more people to be in debt with them. Recently they started up a new site and this site was all the rave. All they could do was boast about how they have improved the site and how they would be paying us soon. When i joined the group i found out that they have been paying people that have just recently sold credits with them still leaving those they have owed for more then 5 months unpaid. When asked why they stated that they need money to pay us back so it is only fair that they process those people's transactions first leaving us to wait more.

What upset me most is that they have told us to be patient and understanding and as a thank you we now get stuck with a "Small" processing fee expecting us to pay the fee in order to help them pay for the fraudulent activities that was done in August of 2008. When asked that he reimburse the credits sold so that i don't have to deal with them they stated that the credits have already been sold and that i have to wait for them to process it. I no longer trust this company and no longer want anything to do with them.

I feel cheated because they failed to inform their clients from the beginning of what was going on. They owe over $10,000 dollars cash. One person posted that they owed her over $3,000. They failed to inform us of the situation thereby we trusted and continued to sell with them.
