Inaara MedSpa's otherwise known as Health West
Inc., is in the business of helping people set up Medical Spa's or pressuring people into signing Franchise agreements. If you are able to get out of signing their Franchise agreement and sign a license agreement with them, BEWARE!
They say they will refund for your money for any reason, but really they just keep your money, and I'm taking about $25,000 to $75,0000. This is alot of money for them to keep on an unethical business. This business decision is not made by just anyone, yet by their President, Dr. Mo Biring!
I cannot warn you enough, do your research on this company they are extrememly unethical and a huge ripoff!

Mo Biring has made False Promises to Repay me,he has not paid per an agreed payment plan as he states in his rebuttal! He owes me alot of money per a refund agreement and is not paying up. Joni PLEASE EMAIL ME... we need a LAWYER TO FILE SUIT

A good friend purchased a franchise from Health West, Dr. Mo Biring, also known as Inaara Medspa. She has requested her $75,000 returned. If there is an attorney out there that would like to represent the victims of this scam please let us know! There are several people who have purchased franchises tthroughout the US.

Kris has an installment repayment agreement. She utilized our services and then decided not to follow through. Despite this, she will get a full refund.
